ant discrepancy is communicated in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in adjusted hours worked being forwarded to
next pay period. This is not a substitute for clocking in. Heavy reliance of this tool may result in disciplinary action.

most recent paycheck or contact hq@coffeebarsf.com for these balances. If you request more time than you have available, you will only be paid
up to the amount of Paid Time Off you have. Please record in whole or half hours if possible.
