discipline in completing, with superb quality level, all required assignments,
In my roles as a Lecturer and Researcher ion, in the School of Exercise
Science and Physical Education at the University of Victoria, | have seen Mr. Epp excel in two of my
laboratory classes, EPHE 245 Motor Learning and EPHE 348 Psychology of Physical Activity. For the
first class, the curriculum required understanding neural and cognitive processes underlying human
skilled action and the factors that influence learning and control of these actions, ‘Throughout the semester
students are tasked in conducting research-inquiring ways in which the human motor system enables the
acquisition and retention of complex movement skills and implications for the design of instructional
situations to support retention and optimal performance of skilled actions, in particular to health and

Within Victoria’s community Mr. Epp has proven to be an effective young leader through many
initiatives He has mentored many individuals in his role as a trainer and athletic therapist for the Saanich
fusion football club; a local division in Victoria, BC | soccer team, He worked with them for a season and
was tasked with helping tape players, educate them about injuries prevention and manag
giving general assessment of their injuries in order to refer them to local specialists. Further, he was the
team's first aid attendant and had to design and implement an emergency plan. Mr. Epp has able to
