How to manage stress

1. Exercise

b. Connect with other people, communication ( need someone to talk who makes you
happy.
c. Engage your senses
d. Involve yourself to different activities, anything that will help you relax
e. Relax- movie marathon, hahha thinking about your crush, forgetting about the past
f. Listen to instrumental music
g. Eat healthy- fruits and vegies high quality protein, sugary snack(sweets)
h. Rest enough. Have a good sleep- when your tired rest
