AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, GONG YOO, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of No. 115, 100th

Street, The Big Forest, Calamba City, Province of Laguna, after having been duly

sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That on the 30th of December, 2014, BIG BAD WOLF attached me while I

was standing in their front yard while waiting for her mother, MAMA WOLF;

2. That I am a neighbor and childhood friend of accused BIG BAD WOLF and

that MAMA WOLF was my godparent;

3. That at around 3:00 in the afternoon of December 30, 2014, I went to the house

of my godparent MAMA WOLF to bring some Lechon cooked by my mother,

MAMA YOO. I immediately entered the back yard of MAMA WOLF’s house

like I used to. There, I saw MAMA WOLF and BIG BAD WOLF sitting. I

kiss the hand of MAMA YOO and hand over the casserole of Lechon to her.

MAMA WOLF left me and BIG BAD WOLF to transfer the Lechon in

another casserole because MAMA YOO instructed me to return her favorite

casserole;

4. That I sat beside my friend BIG BAD WOLF and ask him how he is doing,

because I learned that he was attacked by a wolf while hiking in Mouth

Makiling. BIG BAD WOLF did not answer, he instead looked at me with

glaring eyes. I asked him why is he looking at me like that and pat his

shoulder. In response he made a scary growling sound like a possessed wolf

 who is hungry for his prey. He angrily stood up and attacked me pinning me

down on the ground. I tried to escape but to no avail so I cried for help.

MAMA WOLF and BIG BROTHER WOLF came out from the house and

rescued me from BIG BAD WOLF’s sudden attack. I immediately run away

and went directly home and told MAMA YOO what happened;

5. That after thirty minutes, MAMA WOLF came to our house crying and

apologizing to me and MAMA YOO. She confided to my mother that

something strange was happening to BIG BAD WOLF after being attacked

by a wolf while hiking. That after the incident my friend BIG BAD WOLF

was not sleeping, started to make strange animalistic sound, like that of a wolf

and started growling, howling and crawling;

6. That upon my godparent request and plea, MAMA WOLF, we defer from

filing a complaint against my friend, BIG BAD WOLF. My mother then

suggested and helped MAMA WOLF for BIG BAD WOLF’s mental check-

up;

That this affidavit is executed to attest to the truth of all the foregoing and to

support the filing of a formal charge/s in court against said person.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereby affixed my signature this February 02,

2018 in Calamba City, Province of Laguna, Philippines.
