    Dear Sir,
    I, XXXXX, Manager, Co. (name), recently have got a business invitation from Co. Ltd (India) to attend
    business meetings with the respective company. To attend those meetings I wish to travel India between
    5th February, 2015 and 17th February, 2015. In this travel period my all expenses will be covered by my
    office.
