    BPML is the list of Business process/Functions & their subfunctions/sub-processes documented in

    excel format which forms the entire scope of the project.


    Generalized BPM can have following Main contents contents
    PMMD001_Master data

    PMWO001_Corrective Maintenance

    PMWO002_Preventive Maintenance

    PMWO003_Condition Based Maintenace

    PMWO004_Rotable Maintenance

    PMWO005_Mobllity process/functions

    Based on all above main key process, you need to add integrated business process as well.
    All above functions can be sub-divided into sub process as below
    Master data - Creation of technical objects, Material, BOM etc
    Corrective Maintenance - Notification, Work order
    Preventive - Maintenance plans, task list
