i) On-going local coordination with the design team so as to ensure that information flow happen on a

constant basis.
(ii) Acted as a central point for coordinated drawings
(iii) Managing the information required schedule on a daily basis to ensure target dates are not missed.
(iv) Monitoring the production and issue of design information in keeping with the programme;
