AFFIDAVIT OF NO PENDING CASE

I, JAIME R. JALON FRANCISCO, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of

Barangay Lower Cabatangan, Zamboanga City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state: THAT:

1. I am a retired employee of Zamboanga City Water District (ZCWD) having

the last official designation as Water/Sewerage Maintenance General
Foreman;

2. I have retired from my position last July 1, 2016 after having been employed as a
regular employee since 1979, more or less;

3. To the fullest of my knowledge and awareness, there is no administrative criminal

investigation against me for any offense, defined or penalized under RA3019,
otherwise known as the Anti- Graft and Corrupt Practices Act, as amended and
under the provisions of the Revised Penal Code; and

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts or assentation
in compliance with COA Memorandum No. 451 dated March 6, 1973.

IN WITNESS HEREOF, I have set my hand and affixed my signature this 9th day
