Introduction:
ISO 9001:2015 standard has been released during September 2015. The newly introduced and the changed
requirements in the standard are set to change the way organizations have managed their systems so far. Bureau
Veritas has been a pioneer in identifying the changes, interpreting them and training the industry

This course is a formal training certified by IRCA for auditors of quality management system requiring upgrade/ transition
to the 2015 version of ISO 9001 standard

Who should attend?

This course is ideally for those who have previously successfully completed IRCA certified QMS Auditor/Lead Auditor
training course based on ISO 9001:2008 standard and intend to attend a transition course in order to receive recognition
that the requirements of the ISO Standard and that their audit skills and knowledge remain concurrent. They would be
eligible to register with IRCA as Lead Auditor for the new standard

Pre-requisites:
Delegates attending this course are required to provide necessary evidence of their successful qualification as Lead
Auditor for ISO 9001:2008. Delegates are required to submit a copy of their previous attended IRCA Auditor/ Lead
Auditor training certificate during registration for the course

Training Methodology:
The course uses a mixture of taught sessions, interactive group discussions and exercises, to achieve its aims. The
practical exercises have been carefully designed to focus upon issues that commonly arise during Quality management
system audits

Course Modules:
 Annex SL framework based on which ISO9001:2015 is structured
 ISO 9001:2015 requirements, specifically focussing on changes in the revised standard
 Auditing ISO 9001:2015, specifically focussing on changes in the revised standard

 Set of pre-course study material  Special technical guide for managing ISO 9001 :2015 transition  Delegate
manual inclusive of reference materials  Orientation on Bureau Veritas services for managing transition process

Certification:
A “Certificate of successful completion” will be issued to delegates who will complete this course and pass both the
continuous assessment and test. The certificate will confirm the successful transition of auditor to ISO 9001:2015
