Enable Injections (Manufacturing Engineer Co-Op) - Cincinnati, OH August 2017-December 2017
- Designed, installed, and rapid prototyped over 15 system improvements to the assembly line
- Updated and wrote over 20 operating procedures for the assembly line
- Performed multiple Gage Reliability and Reproducibility Studies (GR&Rs)
- Executed Installation, Operational, and Process/Performance Qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Troubleshot any problems the operators had on the assembly line
- Statistically analyzed test results to determine process tolerance limits and trends in Minitab
- Participated in five product builds yielding over 1,500 devices

- Performed over 50 quality analyses on µCT scan data by comparing to CAD or other samples through
GD&T, FAI, and 3D deviation maps
- Constructed internal and external geometry of scan data in the form of a NURBS or polygonal model

- Generated meshes to approximate a geometric domain to allow for finite element analysis

OCS IntelliTrak, Inc. (Engineering Intern) - Fairfield, OH July 2014-August 2015

- Installed completed conveyor systems in clients’ workplaces
- Cut and cleaned metal to allow for safe welding onto conveyor track beams
