- Designed, installed, and rapid prototyped over 15 system improvements to the assembly line
- Updated and wrote over 20 operating procedures for the assembly line
- Performed multiple Gage Reliability and Reproducibility Studies (GR&Rs)
- Executed Installation, Operational, and Process/Performance Qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Troubleshot any problems the operators had on the assembly line
