The rumor and the psychological war

Rumors appear because of the lack of information and the obscurity of the
whole situation. The result of that is appearing the need of a security media
to preserve the internal balance of the public opinion regarding criminal
situations.

This book includes a group of topics regarding rumors and the psychological
war. In the beginning, it talks about brain washing as a method of intellect
war methods, pointing that it depends on the individual belief and religion,
his personality, his power to fight and his surrounding circumstances,
thoughts are created from the interaction of the individual with the
environment. Then, it deals with security systems’ role in fighting rumors
methods and tools represented by the direct method by the common vocal
telling and the indirect methods by the folkloric songs, acting, publicity,
jokes or cartoon. Next, it talks about the role of media and the educational
institutions to fight rumors. It also talks about the psychological war, its
nature and features. Finally, it discusses the social effects of the
psychological war and rumors, and how they can be obstacles in front of the
teamwork efforts for any achievement, they also affect on the harmony of
the social mechanisms and the individuals desires in accepting their social
positions and roles.
