Online Visa Application Processing System is an automated system. It
makes the process of visa application processing and approval very
simple. There are many types of visa issued by the government. Every
type of visa has a separate list of requirements. Based on these
requirements visa application is approved or disapproved. Anyone
willing to get visa must fulfil these requirements. So in this way visa
application processing work is a lengthy process. This application will
make it simple and fast.

 Easy retrieval of data: This system uses SQL database so data

can be easily and quickly accessed using sql commands.
 Security: This system provides very strong security. Every
customer has unique user id and password. No one can access
account without knowing correct password.
 Large memory space: This system can store a large number of
customer records. System does not slowdown in data processing.
 Easy interface: GUI of the application is kept very simple. Any
customer having very little knowledge of operating windows based
system can operate this application very easily without any help.

Application:

In the proposed Online Visa Application Processing System we

have tried to reduce paper work and make execution process fast by
computerizing the manual work done by the employees. This new
application is an online application so applications can apply for visa any
time and from anywhere. The online application for contains the same
queries as in manual format. So there is no need to enter any details
again. The authorized person can check this application for eligibility
criteria and approve or disapprove it. Similar case with the visa renewal
application. They can apply for visa renewal online.
