Reference above, we have engaged men at KPP-10 for executing the work in the above

referred work order. Further, we have to state that, for the purpose of covering our workmen

under PF, BOCW, GPA, ESI etc., we do not have necessary registrations with concerned

authorities separately. Therefore, we request you to kindly extend all the provisions under your

establishment to our workers as per details given in the attached list and recover from our

monthly R.A bills. We on behalf of _______________ .further, we undertake that any lapse or

omission on our part in including any worker / employee engaged by us will be at own risk /

resultant cost / expenditure.

We have no objection if M/s.Prathima Infrastructure limited, KPP-10 project authorities to pay all

legal dues / contributions / salaries on own behalf and recover from R.A Bills.
