    R/Sir,

    It is requested that I have passed SPSC in BPS-17 as Medical Officer under


    merit number 43. I have been posted at Taluka Hospital Kotri thru letter No.

    I have passed FCPS-I exam in Aug, 2015 (copy attached). I am eligible for
    FCPS training in Medicine & Allied. Due to the passage of prolong time between the pass date
    of FCPS-I and joining of training. If I don’t start my training in January my FCPS-I will expire.

    Keeping my merit number and above facts in view, it is requested that I may
    kindly be posted to training hospital in my district i.e. Liaquat University Hospital Jamshoro for
    training in Medicine & Allied.
