TKE Xi-Upsilon Newsletter

October, 2017 10/2/2017

October Update:
The semester is in full swing with mid-terms kicking into high gear. Of
course, that’s not going to stop us from getting a kick-ass associate
member class, and continuing to have fun. Come take a ride through the
month we call September.

Mud Tug!!!

Last month was the annual Mud Tug. We had a

good run but in the end, we found ourselves bested
by the RIT Weightlifting Club. We did take one
round so we’re pretty strong.
TKE <3 ΣΣΣ

Oh boy it looks like we painted the rock again. This time

it’s with our good friends from Tri Sigma. It’s really great
to see us getting out and making connections.
BEACH DAY!!!

The weather was surprisingly nice enough for us to enjoy a

nice day on the beach. Fraters (left to right) James
Denkenberger, Matthew Ganley, Damien Dobson, Christopher
Spinelli, Dawson Hilk, Heejae Shin, and Joe Passabile, were
having a good time playing some games and showing
everyone there how to be fratty.
Lost Lands Music Festival

When it comes to raves these

Fraters (left to right) Aaron
Stadler, Mike Smith and
Maxwell Guerine know what’s
up. These men spent the
weekend in Ohio for the Lost
Lands Music Festival and had a
great time.
TEKE DOG!!!!!!

Ladies and gentlemen, it

finally happened. Meet our
new Teke Dog. He recently
became our official Teke
Dog this month by warming
our hearts with his
cuteness. Just look at that
face.
Yo Bar?

Frater Kevin Federickson, pictured with bartender Mark

(we don’t know his last name), has a record going strong
of 26 straight days going to the Salsarita’s bar. That’s
some dedication.
Teke of the Month

Fraters (left to right)

Joseph Pereira and Kevin
Frederickson get this
prestigious award due to
their hard work and
craftsman ship in restoring
the old TKE table. Putting
countless hours in to this
project, these two truly
deserve to be Teke of the
Month.
Congrats AMC 104

After an amazing rush we acquired 11 signed bids. The 11

men made the right choice in pledging TKE and we hope
that throughout their college career we will be able to help
them grow as men.
