REMARKS:
1. Tank to be painted as per spec. Painting shall be carried out only after final Mech. Inspection & Hydro test.
2. Two Nos. earthing boss shall be provided. Earthing Boss shall not be galvanized or painted.
3. Bolt holes for flanges shall straddle vessel center line.
4. Welding of all parts shall be Full Penetration & Full Fusion.
5. Break all sharp edges, remove all burrs & weld spatters.
6. Tank shall be constructed on Foundation constructed by the Client. Vendor shall furnish quantity and details of anchor chair.
7. All nozzle projections are 200 mm, unless otherwise specified. All Nozzles size and Elevations are under HOLD.
8. All pad plates shall have Dia. 3 NPT Tell Tale hole. Reinforcement pad plates shall be pneumatically tested at 0.5 Kg/sq.cm.g with soap
solution & plugged with hard grease.
9. All 'Root run' shall be 'Dye' checked. Weld joints testing shall be as per API 650 code.
10. All nozzles upto 250 NB shall be Seamless. Nozzles above 250 NB shall be fabricated from plate with 100% radiography on all weld joints.
11. All nozzles 50 NB & below shall be provided with Gusset plates, 90° apart.
12. Nozzle schedule shall be as per API 650 section 3.0. All nozzles 80NB & above shall be provided with pad plates.
13. Spare Nozzles to be provided with Bling flanges, Bolts nuts and Gaskets.
14. Tank to be desinged for Equivalent to Petroleum Class C.

REMARKS:
1. Vendor shall design and provide roof rafters to support the roof plate as required.
2. Vendor shall submit design calculations as per API 650 and for client's approval.
3. Vendor to specify empty & operating and water hold-up test.
4. Vendor shall furnish tank fabrication drawing for approval by client. Also vendor shall furnish QA Plan & Test reports, etc.
5. Vendor shall carry out tank calibration and obtain certificate from approved statutory authority.
6. Intermediate wind grinder requirement shall be verified during design review.
C 7. Manhole subjected to static head zone (Bottom) and located in roof shall be designed separately as per API 650.
