2002having its head office at H-9, Islamabad represented by its Authorized Dealing
Officer,hereinafter called the “HEC”.

selected bythe Higher Education Commission for the award of Fellowship for the Field of Study

Scheme: PhD fellowship for 5000 scholars – Phase IIand the scholar has agreed to accept the

i) The scholarship award is initially valid for a period of 01(One) year and would be
