The easy SAP screen is the default home screen in SAP System. The left side of the

3. How to process SAP logon:


· Step 1: click on the shortcut icon SAP Logon from the desktop and Log on pad will
open
· Step 2: click on Login button
· Step 3: On the home screen you have to enter the Client code, Username, password and
language if any.

4. Name three information needed to perform SAP logon:


Client, UserName, Password.

5. Two ways to do logon:


· Multiple Logons: Use logon or use multiple multiple sessions.
· Multiple Session: Using multiple sessions allows you to open multiple windows at the
same time on the same computer.

6. The command performs multiple log on:

7. Can I open more than one session in SAP? How?


You can create a new session at any time. This is especially useful if you are in the
middle of completing a transaction and you need to verify some inormation to complete
the transaction. You can create multiple sessions, and each session is independent of the
others. You will not lose any data in open sessions. For example, closing the first session
does not cause another session to close.
8. What are the positive and negative effects of opening more than one session:
Over-open sessions may result in slower system performance. For this reason, your
system administrator can limit the number of sessions you can create. You can move
between sessions as often as you like without losing any data.

9. List five ways to perform personnel user interface:
