Please consider this letter one of recommendation for Shanda Browne

regarding her work at Manaugh Elementary to date.

Shanda has worked at Manaugh for a year and a half in the

capacity of a paraprofessional, specifically working with students
who are in special education. Shanda prepares plans for instruction
from the IEP goals and ensures that roadblocks for their learning in
class are negated. I have known her to be professional and collegial
in her work here including extra efforts outside of school hours to
be an integral part of the team.
