It is a privilege to write this letter of recommendation for Shanda Browne.

Shanda assisted me in her role as a paraprofessional from August through December,

2017. As I am new to the Montezuma Cortez School District, Shanda helped me to
navigate my way through an unfamiliar landscape. She is reliable, steadfast, highly
organized and dedicated to her students’ achievement.

Due to the size and various needs of our reading group, Shanda was given a group of
first and second grade students to teach. With minimal supervision, Shanda instructed
the students Monday through Friday. She was always prepared; she wrote and
executed comprehensive lesson plans. Shanda also worked in various classrooms
helping students and teachers, along with facilitating small group instruction for Math
and Language Arts.

Shanda Browne is an asset to Manuagh Elementary School and the students she
serves. I have confidence in her abilities and talents, which she demonstrated time and
time again.
