TRANSPORTATION CONTRACT

This agreement is entered into on _____________ (date) by Victor Mbokola hereafter refered

to as ‘client’ and ……………………………………..ID No…………………….. hereafter

referred to as ‘Driver’.

TERMS OF CONTRACT:

1. The Driver will avail 2 newly bought and clean 7-seater cars for the purposes of

ferrying the bridal party and parents of the couple to the wedding venue and to a

photo-shoot whose location will be confirmed later.

2. The client has paid Ksh …………………… as deposit to secure the services of the

driver on the date of the wedding. The client will pay the balance of

Ksh…………………. upon delivery of the services on the day of the wedding.

3. The client agrees to cater for the fuel needed for the said errands on the day of the

wedding apart from the payments mentioned above.

4. The driver agrees to give back all the monies paid by the client in the case the services

agreed upon in this contract are not delivered.
