COLUMN F Contractor's Financial Capacity - the net financing contracting capacity of the winning bidder.
COLUMN G Date when the GPPA was commenced or started for construction (Infrastructure)
COLUMN H Estimated date to complete the GPPA as per contract or agreements/approved time extension
COLUMN I Percentage of completion of the GPPA to date of reporting
