Tender Document Stage

General submissions

The written approval from the Employer on the detailed design commences the ender document stage
of the project. The consultant will prepare the tender documents to the project in detail as Tender
package to the Employer for review and approval.

The review comments from the Employer will be incorporated to the design and the Tender documents
will be finalized and issued as Final Tender Documents to the Employer.

All the tender documents will be prepared in accordance with the Employers procurement policy and
procedure.

The Consultant responsibility is to submit the soft copy of the tender documents to the Employer.

The tender documents will consist the following:

1. Volume I – Conditions of Contract

The Volume I of the Tender documents consist the general and particular Conditions of Contracts. This is
standard conditions of Contractor from the Consultant, bespoke version of the FIDIC 1987 fourth edition
issued from Fédération Internationale Des Ingénieurs-Conseils.

(b) Form of Tender
(c) Form of Tender Bond
(d) Conditions of Particular Applications
(e) General conditions of contract
(f) All the specimen forms

2. Volume II – Specifications

(a) Architectural Specifications


(b) Structural Specifications
(c) Mechanical Specifications
(d) Electrical Specifications
(e) General Specifications

3. Volume III – Bills of Quantities

The Bills of quantities will be generates by using the standard methods of measurements – Principles of
measurements international issued by RICS.
4. Volume IV – Drawings

All the coordinated technical drawings will be separated in to the Architectural, Structural, Mechanical,
Electrical parts.

5. Volume V – Another Documents required to complete the Tender Documents.
