IMPORTANCE NOTICE TO ALL STUDENTS BEFORE SITTING FOR THE FINAL EXAMINATION

1. Students are allowed to bring required stationeries only into the examination hall, without the container.

2. Calculators are allowed to be brought in, but with no casings.

3. Students who bring along their mobile phones must ensure they are switched off and be placed on the floor at the left side of the desk. The use of mobile phones during the
examination is strictly prohibited.

4. Students are allowed to bring drinking/mineral water into the examination hall given that the water bottle/container is transparent; and must be placed under the desk. Other
types of drinks are prohibited inside the hall.

5. Students who wear jackets are subjected to jacket search by invigilators or security guards at anytime during the examination.

6. Students must comply with the university dress code before entering the examination hall. Students who do not abide by the university regulations are subjected to disciplinary
action.

7. Security Department will enforce all rules and regulations by issuing immediate summons to the students who do not comply with university regulations.
