Customer Credit Evaluation Module

Customer Credit Evaluation Module was designed and developed based on a request from Risk
Management Department. Both Marketing Officers and Managers will be given access to this Module.

Following is how it works:

A new button is introduced on the Application Maintenance Screen to access the new
Module. User will have to Select the required Application Detail and click on this new button.

There will be two option loaded once this button is clicked.

Credit Evaluation is considered as the first step which is followed by the Confirm Evaluation, where
latter is basically done by a Manager.

Credit Evaluation

This will load the Credit Evaluation Form for the selected Application / Customer.
On the Bottom grid, Left hand side description is the Evaluation Details. In front of it, is displayed the
related value for the Evaluation Detail for particular selected Customer.

Steps:
1. Select the Related Description
2. Click F8 or Right-Mouse Click
3. Popup window will be opened to add the related Value for the Evaluation Detail

5. And then Click Save.

Evaluation Confirmation

After entering the Evaluation Detail, the Manager will have to login to Confirm.
Basically they will have to click on the second option (button at the the bottom) on the frame.

When the Evaluation details are filled, it will show those on the Confirmation form for the
respective Customer User

And an overall grading based on the entered Evaluation details will also be automatically.

Credit Evaluation Module Output

These entered details will be displayed on the Appraisal View.
