CALL TO ORDER:
The regular open meeting was called to order by President Caroline Briggs at 5:00 pm in
Conference Room A. The roll was called by Vice President of Administration Olivia Beutel.

OFFICER REPORTS:
President
● Don’t forget Green Dot training is this week, Delta will be getting trained
● Greek Weekend Applications still need an AOII applicant
● Programming on infraction process during recruitment, any other programming you want
to do please send them to me
● Will send out panhel minutes from meeting to chapters from now on
● Chapters should have the midterm grades by Friday from Michelle Thompson
Executive Vice President
● Judicial Board training in progress of being started
● Jr Panhel was cancelled but will be on this week
VP of Administration
● Meeting with Caroline on Wednesday night to go over the budget for this year and to
make any changes necessary
● Delegates- please remember to send me your reports before meeting!
VP of Public Relations
● Sent out email to delegates to get the March newsletter together which will focus on
 women’s history
● Creating a panhel/Greek Life website with link to recruitment and dates
● Planning a letter to a professor event for the future
VP of Recruitment Education
● Working on recruitment shirts
● Rho Gamma apps are due Monday!
VP of Recruitment Management
● Meeting with Diane Fout to discuss recruitment spaces
● Meeting with chapter presidents and recruitment chairs hopefully on March 1

NEW BUSINESS:
● Goals: Prompt in our duties, to hold each other accountable, bond as an EC, have a
successful recruitment season, increase attendance at meeting, empower one another
and the chapters, and challenge Panhel’s perception to be an ally.
● Values: Integrity, friendship, honesty, respect, community, and communication
● Next meeting will be with Ashley Hill and working on some self care things and the next
one after that will be International Badge Day and we will split into some groups to
discuss facts about each chapter’s individual badge
