Reg:- Complaint against Siyaram Marine Services Pvt. Ltd.& Mr.

Krishna Bhagwat of Mumbai for

cheating and non refunding of Rs.180000/-

With due respect and humble submission I beg to state that my son Rahul has undertaken shipping
course from Marine officers Training Academy ,Pondicherry in 2014. Mr. Krishna got my mobile No.
for his academy and contacted us that his name has been sponsored by academy for placement of
job in shipping company. Further he said that send your son to Mumbai along with is passport and
his seamen book to sign job contract. I sent my son to Mumbai in the month of Jan-2015 but he
retained his original passport and seamen book and said that his job contract is being prepared
somewhere in abroad and you will be called shortly.
Thereafter I got call from his phone No.+918655560033 on 9.2.2015 to reach Mumbai immediately
for signing contract and asked us to deposit security of Rs.320000/- (Extract of SMS :-Make a two
cheque Siyaram marine group-100k Siyaram marine services pvt ltd-170k Give him ATM card he
can withdrawal on Wednesday night 25k and Thursday 25k Total-170+100+50=320) and my son
reached Mumbai on 12.02.2015 and deposited Rs.50000/ cash and handed over to cheques,one in
favour of Siyaram Marine Group for Rs.1 lac and another Siyaram marine service Pvt Ltd.for
Rs.170000/-.But after receiving Rs.50000/-cash he asked us to pay the entire amount through RTGS
and said that cheques will take 14 days for clearing whereas cheques were inter-city cheques. I
made Rtgs in favour of M/s Siyaram Marine Services Pvt Ltd for Rs.170000/- on 12.02.2015 and
deposited cash in the account of M/s Siyaram Marine Group on 13.02.2015. We asked him to
provide IMO no of ship in which he is going to place Rahul for sailing but he provide IMO 7726990
and we searched it in net and found that the ship is very old built 1978 and we refused to accept
contract and asked him to refund the entire amount. And he assured me to refund the entire amount.
