Dear Archt. Anne,

We are pleased to submit our Best and Revised Proposal on the above subject as
follows:

1. Project Description
Far Easter University, intends to build a University Campus of Tertiary Education
located within the Filinvest Corporate City in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

The University Campus shall consist of the following buildings in accordance with
the area Tabulation Summary Option I Dated September 21, 2015.

2. Scope and Period of Services

The Services shall consist of Structural Design Services and shall follow the
timing and stages of the Architectural Design Services:
2.1 Schematic Design Phase; Approximate completion date, 3 to 4 months.
2.2 Design Development Phase; Approximate completion date, 4 to 6 months.
2.3 Contacts Documentation Phase; Approximate completion date, 4 to 6
months.

3. Deliverable
3.1 Schematic Design Phase – Column and Farming Layout in consultation
with the Architect.
3.2 Design Development Phase – Structural Analysis using ETABS/STAAD
Program based on approved Structural Schematic Design.

 3.3 Contract Documentation Phase – Detailed Structural Plans and
Specifications for bidding and building permits.
3.4 Construction Phase – Structural Engineering Support (Response to
request for information or clarification from contractor).

4. Professional Fee
Our Professional Fee shall be as Follows:
4.1 Lump Sum in the Amount of Two Million Seven Hundred Thirty Thousand
Pesos (P 2,730,000.00) Inclusive of EVAT.

5. Terms Of Payment
5.1 Down payment – 20% of Fee
5.2 Upon Completion of Schematic Design Phase – 10% of Fee
5.3 Upon Completion of Design Development Phase – 30% of Fee
5.4 Upon Completion of Contract Documentation Phase – 30% of Fee
5.5 Upon Completion of Construction – 10% of Fee
