Person has a physical need to eat and satisfy his hunger. What make people satisfaction from
eating is his comfortable being in the restaurant and enjoying the food, and friendly staffs. People
not only go to restaurant for just eating and drinking, but also to satisfy the services from the
restaurant.
2.2. The market research for our products and services is from observation. We observe the other
restaurant that available in around place, with determine which restaurant they are like to come
and people are like to choose restaurant because some of restaurant prepare variant of food.
Moreover most of them are associated with the media social, for such is their friends on Facebook
recommend the restaurant.
