Aditya birla group has recently open new, spacious, full of discounts and offers store at Rohini near
to metro station Rohini West
Me and my partner surveyed the store last Saturday and met some of the customers so that we can
analyse their behaviour and consumption pattern.
One the distinct feature we saw there was a huge list of Micro or Utility packs which will increase
sales and allow customer to buy product according to their needs

Hindustan Lever Limited which is the market leader with over 50% of share in the shampoo market
offers sachets of Clinic All Clear , India’s largest selling dandruff shampoo. On the other hand Dabur,
P&G, Marico, Colgate and Calvin care all these companies are also launched small sachets according
to the convenience of the customer. According to the research with the inclusion of small sachets
sales of shampoo increase by 40%

Crore detergent business in the country. It offers top most brands Ariel and Tide which are priced at
RS 2 for 20 gm. It has also lead to an increase in its market share in Indian detergent market for 10 %

On the average day more than 5000 people visit the store but on the weekends this number
will increase almost by double to 9800.
More is giving tough competition to its rivals like Big Bazar, Easy day and fair price at Rohini
area
