Sarah the explorer

Sarah lately I have noticed that you are having such lovely times at An-Nur
wether you are in in the over two room, under two room or outside. Every time
that I have noticed you, you are playing and interacting with different children.

You are also taking on different roles as today I saw you being a tuakana (older
sister) to Sameeha by playing with her. You have also made friends with the new
children which is awsome as you are contributing to helping the new children
settle in at An-Nur.

You are also following instruction and listening to the teachers. You are also
following the the centre routines and coping very well with changes.

Sarah you are

 understanding how things work here and adapting to change
 keeping yourself healthy and caring for yourself
 using a range of strategies and skills to play and learn with others


Sarah needs to learn to communicate her ideas verbally and develop confidence. I will
help you achieve these goals by continiously involving you in one on one, peer and group
activities. I intend to use your interests and strengths to guide me plan learning activities
for you.
