Clinical history:
Routine check up.

Findings:
The visualized lung fields are normal.

The pleural spaces are clear.

The cardiac and aortic shadows are normal.

The hilar and mediastinal shadows are normal.

The domes of the diaphragm are normal in position and smooth in contour.

The visualized skeleton is normal.

Impression:
Radiograph reveals no significant abnormality.

USG Abdomen and Pelvis

Clinical history:
Routine check up.
Findings:
Liver is normal in size (15.8 cm) and shows increased echogenicity. No evidence of solid or cystic focal lesions
is seen. The intrahepatic biliary system is normal and shows no dilatation of the radicals. The hepatic veins
appear normal.

Gall bladder is physiologically distended and appears normal. Two tiny 2 to 3 mm sized echogenic foci are seen
along gall bladder wall. No calculus is seen.
Pancreas is normal in size, shape and echotexture. Spleen appears normal in size (10.9 cm), shape and
echotexture. No focal lesions are seen.

Kidney sizes: RK:10.9 x 5.2 cm LK: 11.7 x 5.5 cm.

Both the kidneys appear normal in size, shape and show normal corticomedullary differentiation.
No calculus, hydronephrosis or hydroureter is seen.

The aorta and IVC are normal in course and caliber. No lymphadenopathy or ascites is seen.
Urinary bladder is distended and shows normal smooth walls. No calculus or mass lesion is seen.
Pre void volume is 327 cc. Post void volume is 18 cc. (Not significant)
Prostate is normal and measures 22 cc in volume. Seminal vesicles appear normal.

Impression
Grade I fatty infiltration of liver.
Two tiny echogenic foci along gall bladder wall- may suggest adherent sludge / polyps.
