Findings:
The visualized lung fields are normal.
The domes of the diaphragm are normal in position and smooth in contour.

Radiograph reveals no significant abnormality.

Gall bladder is physiologically distended and appears normal. Two tiny 2 to 3 mm sized echogenic foci are seen
along gall bladder wall. No calculus is seen.
Pancreas is normal in size, shape and echotexture. Spleen appears normal in size (10.9 cm), shape and
echotexture. No focal lesions are seen.
The aorta and IVC are normal in course and caliber. No lymphadenopathy or ascites is seen.
Urinary bladder is distended and shows normal smooth walls. No calculus or mass lesion is seen.
Pre void volume is 327 cc. Post void volume is 18 cc. (Not significant)
Prostate is normal and measures 22 cc in volume. Seminal vesicles appear normal.
Impression
Grade I fatty infiltration of liver.
Two tiny echogenic foci along gall bladder wall- may suggest adherent sludge / polyps.
