(Commercial) & Acct.

Acct. initiate job no., CE (Commercial) arranges to

issue materials. Construction complete by CE
(Construction) unit (CEB gang or Contractors)

CE (Construction) hand over the completion report

to DGM (Province) with a copy of CE (EM)

Site visit of CE (Energy Management), CE

(Construction), Area Engineer and developer.

Completion report sends to DGM (P&D)
