Business Analysts identify and analyze business requirements to shape solutions

for our clients. In this role you will partner with internal colleagues across all lines of
business to gather their unique needs. The role also recommends critical business
priorities and provides advice on achievable solutions within specified time frames,
risks and costs versus benefits. You will help to identify and articulate the client’s
needs so that the development teams can design a solution. Other tasks include
feasibility studies, design specifications, application functionality testing, user
training and even final project implementation. Additionally you will liaise heavily

will gain in-depth knowledge about Prime Brokerage, the business, products
and processes through both classroom on-the-job training. In the program,
you will learn about hedge fund clients, Risk Management, the securities industry,
and the various ways we finance our clients. In addition, analysts rotate through
selected areas within Prime Brokerage to gain a comprehensive understanding
of the scope of services offered to clients.
A role in Asset Management will provide you with an opportunity to

learn the business management functions that support Investments, Banking,
Credit, Custody and Fiduciary businesses of Asset Management. Responsibilities
include understanding and defining business needs in the context of short and

Our Finance Associate Leadership Program provides a 12-18 month experience
that will prepare you for a position within our lines of business.
We attract, develop, challenge, and retain a highly skilled and diverse team of
finance leaders who drive meaningful change and deliver extraordinary results
for JPMorgan Chase. The program provides Associates with exposure to a broad
range of finance disciplines through three to four challenging four-month rotations.
You will work on key projects that increase your understanding of global finance,
and you will make a significant contribution to your group’s success.
By rotating through a number of different business lines, corporate groups or

specialty areas, you will have the unique opportunity to significantly increase your
learning curve early in your career. These rotations will help you pinpoint where your
