This schedule shows group exercise classes offered each day of the week. On Sundays and Saturdays there is a 9:30am/10:00am and 11:00am JMP class focusing on speed, strength, conditioning and stretching. Monday through Friday there are 9:00am, 10:00am, and 11:00am Master Class sessions for ages 40+ working on speed, strength, conditioning and recovery. Additionally, there are evening JMP classes from 5:00-6:00pm Monday through Friday and 4:30-5:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Private sessions can be scheduled with the coaches.
