SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, RICHARD ABOGA GARADO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of
BLOCK 10 LOT 6 PEERLESS VILLAGE BRGY. 93 BAGACAY, TACLOBAN CITY, have name,
constituted and appointed by theses presents named constitute and appoint my brother-in-
law OLIVER C. LAGARTO to be true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name,
place and stead to do and perform the following acts and things to wit:

1. To apply, follow-up and claim either in partial or full and/or final payment of my
AMOSUP Provident Fund (Under___ TCCC____ Agreement) and to receive the
same;
2. To sign and execute the necessary documents, agreements, and other legal
papers pertaining thereto;
3. To encash the said check with the depository bank of the Provident Fund.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do
and perform every act and deed whatsoever requisites in and about the premises as full to all
intent and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present;

or cause to be done by virtue of these presents;
