This production line includes mainframe and auxiliary machines. Is mainly
used for crushing waste tires and rubber, Tire size is 600mm-1200mm. The
final product is rubber particles or fine powder. Sizes from 5 mesh to 28
mesh. Steel wire and fiber powder can be obtained at the same time.
Operation process as shown below:
Waste tire – ring cutter – strip cutter – block cutter – steel wire separator –
rubber crusher – conveyor belt – shacking screen – magnetic separator –
fiber separator – final products （rubber powder, steel wire and fiber）
