Aims and objectives 3. The aims and objectives of the Association are:
(a) to establish and develop mutual aid
assistance in case of industrial or
community emergency situations, natural
or man-made;
(b) to provide timely and organised assistance
to cope with an emergency which is beyond
the ability of the affected member to
handle;
(c) to sensitize and educate its members as
well as the general public to disaster
threats and the benefits of pre-incident
planning;
(d) to provide more efficient emergency
response services for all members of
TTEMAS;
(e) to establish uniform operations and
practices for use by members of TTEMAS;
and
(f) to encourage and promote Loss Control
Procedures as they relate to hazards
associated with industry.

5. All real and personal property of whatever nature Transfer and vesting
of property
now held or vested in any person for the use and
benefit of the Association is hereby transferred to and
vested in the Association.
7. (1) The Association shall at all times have a fixed Service of documents
address in Trinidad and Tobago for the service of
documents and that address and any change thereof
shall be registered with the Registrar General within
twenty-eight (28) days of the date of incorporation or of
the change of address as the case may be.

Power to make rules 8. The Association may from time to time make rules
and regulations for the proper conduct of its
proceedings and discharge of its duties, powers and
functions and such rules and regulations may from
time to time be amended or revoked.
