Hibiscus rosa-sinensis
Observation the pollen of Hibiscus rosa-sinensis with put the thiner slice of curcubita leaf
with 40 x 10 times magnification could seen that its shape is nearly round. There were
thin feathers, and cell nucleus. In the surface there were dots and its important in
reproduction process. The cell nucleus is a membrane bound structure that contains the
cell’s hereditary information and controls the cell’s growth and reproduction. It is the
command center of a eukaryotic cell and is commonly the most prominent organelle in a
cell.

3. Allium cepa
Observation Allium cepa cell with 40 x 10 times magnification could be seen clearly the
shapes of this cell including its nucleus, its cell wall and its cytoplasm, its cell is long and
combined like set of gypsum. The cell wall gives the plant its actual shape. Its act as a
gatekeeper, because it determines what can come in and out of the cell in order to keep
the cell protected. It is kind of like the outside bricks of castle, only as you will learn as
you read on, there are holes throughout this castle. Those holes do make the cell
vulnerable, but they are important to the function of the cell.

4. Cucurbita moschata
Observation the gland thrycoma of Cucurbita moschata with put the thiner slice of
curcubita leaf on the preparat stage with 40 x 10 times magnification could be seen there
was a thrycoma that the thorn shape. There was a hollow between each cell. When we
feel a leaf surface on a tree and the texture is hairy, rough, bristly, or silky, we are
touching tricomes. Sparsely scattered trichomes or dense wooly mats are all made of the
same surface structures trichomes.
We can observe every small part of living thing by microscope. After this
observation we can see the small part of Hibiscus tiliaceus, Hibiscus rosa-sinensis,
Allium cepa, Cucurbita moschata. With times magnification we can see thricomes star in
Hibiscus tiliaceus early. Observation of Hibiscus tiliaceus with 40 x 10 times
magnification could be seen that its shape is star called thricomes star.
