Note
Eithopian and Kenyan airways now coming 15.30Hrs in Mahe, If you want to go Praslin first. Kindly book domestic
flight as ferry is not available after 1600Hrs.
If any flight is coming to Mahe after 1400Hrs don’t take Praslin first. We recommend you to go Mahe first or book
domestic flight to reach Praslin.

Things to Note
The tour package is based on 02 Adults travelling together & final cost will be reconfirmed before booking.

This is a quotation only and no confirmations/holdings are made at this stage. We strongly recommend
that you do early bookings once you have confirmed dates and international flight bookings.

Standard check-in time for the hotels is 1400hrs while check-out is at 1200hrs.

A person below 12 years is considered a child and above 12 years, an adult.

As a 3rd person in twin room, all the hotels will provide an extra bed & the room size will be the same as a twin room.

All services including the hotel, room category and flight are subject to availability at the time of booking.

There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour.

Above Rates are valid only for Indian Passport holders reaching Mauritius from India (directly or via Dubai)
& departing to India (directly or via Dubai) travelling through Air Mauritius / Emirates Airlines. Hotel
reserves the right to auto release / deny confirmation for the bookings blocked on time limit basis without
any prior information in case of Overbooking / Stop sales situation. Hotel reserves rights to relocate the
guests to any other similar category hotel in case of over book.

Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in fuel price, change in Government regulations, Ticket
taxes etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passenger. Dolphin Tours & Travels will not be
held responsible for the same.

Any damage caused to the hotel rooms, vans or coach during the tour shall be payable by the passengers.
Dolphin Tours & Travels will not be liable for the same.
We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or
sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all services will remain the same. For the convenience of our passengers,
we will substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed necessary.

The cost of extension of validity of ticket is not included in Tour price.

The tour price is subject to increase without any notice if the rate of exchange changes substantialy prior to
departure. The Company reserves the right to alter the order of the itinerary. The same will be informed to
the guests before departure.

Due to Trade Fairs and conventions in the cities, it is possible that the hotel accommodation provided would
be outside the city. The same will be informed in advance & Hotels mentioned are subject to availability.

The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death,
delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.

The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in the schedule
of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other
cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger.
All Optional Sightseeings are subject to availability & weather conditions.
