CONFIRMATION OF DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, CLARA S. DELOS SANTOS, of legal age, unmarried and resident of Agaman Sur,
Baggao, Cagayan.

WITNESSETH

That I am one of the children of the spouses FLORENCIO C. SALAZAR and ADELA
PABUNAN.

That FLORENCIO C. SALAZAR with full knowledge and consent of his wife,
sometime in July 2001 sold a portion of their property designated as Lot 114, PLS 72 (FV-
45124) covered by OCT-P-6145 containing an area of ten thousand (10,000) sq.m. more
or less sitauted at Barangay Dalla Baggao, Cagayan. For and in consideration of the
amount of one hundred fifty thousand pesos (P150,000.00) in favor of MERLYN S. LIAT.

That the transaction mentioned above is known by my brother and sisters.

That I hereby AFFIRM, CONFIRM, and RATIFY the said sale in favor of MERLYN
S. LIAT, who, since the sale was made in favor of them by FLORECIO C. SALAZAR and
his wife are in continous adverse and open posession of the portion of land herein
mentioned above.

That this deed of confirmation of previous sale are likewise known by the children
of FLORENCIO C. SALAZAR and the wife of the latter.

That I know the foregoing facts of my own personal knowledge being one of the
children of said spouses of FLORECIO C. SALAZAR and his wife ADELA PABUNAN and
further more I actually witness the transaction referred to this presents.
