The tank with capacity 75l sidewall 50/64 was created to meet the demand
for that part of the market that requires tanks with reduced capacity and size,
for application to systems with high-pressure pumps
and low-volume cylinders.

The space available for this type of installation has been reduced, due to the new anti-pollution standards
and the optional equipments of industrial vehicles. Therefore it is necessary to develop new solutions for
positioning and fixing the tank. We have developed 2 versions:

The filter flange is stamped and has an additional solid monobloc flange
welded using a robotized system and provided with a seal and a cover.

Upon request the tank can be supplied with a filter with cartridge made in
microfiber 40 microns, which allows an accurate treatment of the oil up to
250 l / min. This is fixed with 2 M8 screws, and has a female connection
of 1”1/4 BSP.

The filler cap with suction and air filter, has an effective air passing
volume up to 1450 l / min and a filtration rating of 10 microns. It allows
large flow of air, necessary to the continuous operation of the system,
protecting the tank from the risk of implosion due to lack of compensation.
It’s realized in the new lowered version that allows to solve size problems.

The level indicator is placed on the upper part of the left sidewall and
carried out with a molded hole for the insertion of the spy eye. This
process presents a thread for mounting, directly obtained from the base
material, without additional welded parts; it has a size of 1 "Gas for a
better control of the hydraulic oil level in every condition. A spy eye with
aluminum body and scratch-oil-resistant plexiglass porthole is screwed on
this hole, in order to assure a longlasting and higher seal in comparison to
the common plastic products available on the market.

The suction connection and the additional
return are custom-made with high thickness,
and welded on the left sidewall through a
MIG /MAG robotized welding machine. The
suction connection has a size of 1 ¼ BSP.
On this connection is mounted the ball valve
(supplied as standard with the tank), which
allows to choke or close the oil outlet.

The return adapter has a size of 1” BSP, it

allows the connection of a safety circuit or of
an additional bypass to the tank, to further
increase the safety. Inside the tank, the oil is
pushed into connecting pipe, in order to
avoid turbulence and mixing of air, which can
be very damaging for the hydraulic system.
