 Keep the puppy slim throughout its life.

 Keep the puppy from jumping up or down from higher than recommended heights.

 Provide the puppy with appropriate socialization and training. This is imperative for the safety, health and
wellbeing of a GSD. Consistent, regular training helps to create and establish a solid dog/owner bond.

 Exercise only appropriate play and training using appropriate toys or training aids to maintain the health of the
mouth, teeth, elbows, hips and back throughout the growth period.

 Use care with the puppy’s ears, as damage to the ears before they set, can possibly cause them to not stand
properly.

 At age 18 weeks have the puppy’s ears taped, by a veterinarian, in the event that one or both fail to stand, for
the veterinarian’s prescribed period of time.

Having complied with the above described treatment, any puppy failing to receive certification from the OFA, may be
returned for a replacement from the breeder for a puppy of equal value as soon as one is available. This relinquishment
shall take place upon discovery of and prior to any treatment for the disorder. The breeder shall not be held responsible
for any cost of care or surgery to correct or repair any condition in the event the buyer chooses to keep the puppy.

If the buyer fails to follow the agreed upon terms and is considered by the breeder to be in violation of the contract
putting the puppy at risk in any way, the breeder has the option to repossess the puppy/dog at will, with no refund to be
made to the buyer. Any failure to follow the agreed upon terms will result in a fee of $1500 to be paid to the seller
within 30 days of notice given.

Our number one goal is to provide puppies to people who are willing to give them the care, dedication and lifelong
commitment they deserve, and to provide our puppy buyers with a puppy that is of excellent quality, health, and sound
temperament that will fit with their family and meet their family’s needs in a German Shepherd Dog. This takes training,
training, training! We will do our part to ensure this before they leave here – please continue with this once you take
your puppy home, to ensure they reach their full potential.

Additionally, if the buyer fails to follow the agreed upon terms, any and all guarantees by the breeder in this contract are
null and void.
