Jennifer’s strongest attributes are her willingness to leam and her enthusiasm for teaching. Ms. Zaffett is a true team player and consistently puts the students first. She has gained confidence as an instructor throughout the semester. She maintained student engagement and behavior through # combination of lively, enthusiastic teaching; specific, positive feedback to students; and a confident presence. The students respond to Ms, Zaffetti. She often counseled students in academics, future goals, as well as personal issues. She appropriately commands respect, but genuinely is caring and interested in each of the students. Ms, Zaffetti established a climate of faimess and respect by communicating, modeling, and expecting appropriate behavior. Ms. Zaifetti uses a variety of techniques in her instruction and in her management style. She is very confident with technology use in the classroom. This adds to the differentiated instruction that she is able to provide to a variety of levels and abilities including students with special needs and ELL students. Ms. Zaffetti proves that it is possible to develop standards-driven units and lessons that are at the same time also creative and engaging Thave great regard for Ms. Zaffetti and her abilities. 1 recommend Jennifer for a position in education and Tam confident that her work ethic, enthusiasm, experience, and values toward teaching will be remarkable contributions to your school.
