Plaintiffs are of legal age and are the heirs of the passengers of the bus owned
by the defendant as common carrier, bound for Bogo City on July 15, 2010, when said
bus turned turtle due to its driver’s driving recklessly and negligently, resulting in the
death of all passengers, and causing plaintiffs to suffer damages in the amount of no
less than 300,000 PHP each for medical expenses and loss of earnings, and involving
questions of law and of fact common to all plaintiffs.
