I, Wilma L. Lacson, granting my permission to my daughter Glaiza L. Lacson, a 4TH year student
of Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University who is currently employed as an OJT at
Sutherland Global Services Inc. to have a shifting schedule which includes day, mid and night
shift.
I fully understand the nature and rules of the company that are needed to be complied.
