Primary Qualifications
• US Citizen, as contract requires
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check • Must have the ability to coordinate task across multiple teams and/or organizations • Must have the ability to problem solve and design Oracle eBusiness Suite solutions to meet client requirements • Must have experience with multiple full life-cycle Oracle eBusiness Suite implementations to include Release 12 Federal General Ledger,Federal Administration, SubLedger Accounting, and other sub ledger modules (e.g, Payables, Assets, Receivables, Inventory, Purchasing). NOTE THIS SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY. • Must have a minimum of 5 years, hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Federal General Ledger and Federal Administrator

• Two or more years of verbal and written communication skills.

Principal Duties and Essential Functions:
• Provide leadership to Release 1 Team when assigned
• Meet assigned deadlines • Make presentations to management as assigned or needed to communicate decisions • Support the requirements gathering and validation activities • Support the development and documentation of a solution that meets the documented business process and client requirements • Coordinate an architecture review of the business requirements and the proposed/final solution design • Support the technical development process to include application configuration • Develop Quality Assurance (Q/A) testing plans in accordance with the requirements and as assigned • Support the process to analyze, validate and provide solutions to issues and gaps • Complete MD050’s as assigned by the ECSS Release 1 Solution Development Leads • Provide solutions to assigned requirements from ECSS Release 1 Solution Development Leads • Develop and execute scenarios to support the system functions of Release 1 • Support the development of Roles and Responsibilities • Support the development of Data requirements to support Release 1 • Provide Configurations information to support the development of the Release 1 functionality • Support the gathering the Data required to support the Release 1 Solution • Perform business and technical analyst functions, including workshop facilitation, business process data validation, enterprise application (ERP product) testing from a functional business area perspective, program development, unit testing of the application code (ERP product) from a technical perspective, work group/work session participation, and delivery of technical and business solutions. • Participate in the development, integration and deployment of enterprise solutions. • Work with senior managers to provide industry vision and strategic direction with regard to their data enterprise. • Utilize functional area expertise to create data base models and to assess the operational and functional date baseline. Examples of functional areas include, providing data models that are the results of business systems planning and data requirements planning. • Provide input for systems development and data base administration groups from a data point of view. • Perform business and technical designer functions, including making contribution to both the business and technical architecture components of the enterprise solution, supporting industry/functional area/business process specialists and experts, supporting architecture/product/technology specialists and experts, and review/assess enterprise solution products for accuracy and consistency.
Education or Years of Experience Requirements
• BS +4 years of general IT experience, including formal training and 1 year experience in
enterprise applications and/or including formal training and 1 year experience in data bases such as ORACLE, M204, SYBASE, INFORMIX, DB2, etc. Three years of applicable experience may be substituted for degree.
