Abstract

This research paper intends to execute a comparative analysis into a topic of interest in the scope of
competition and investment law i.e. Corporatisation and Demutualisation. The comparative analysis
of the above mentioned will help the reader in gaining objective knowledge of the legislations & the
applications of corporatisation and demutualisation in different countries as well as subjective
opinion of the writer in the comparative analysis; hence, a wider perspective on the topic.

This paper, doesn’t try to elicit any problem out of the topic, neither does it give a solution to any
other problem. However, the research in this paper is secondary and by no means empirical or
primary. However, the sources cited and used in this paper are credible, detailed and logically
satisfactory both subjectively and objectively.

In brief, the conclusion of this research will try to put forth the analysis and a newer perspective in
the mind of the reader about the topic at hand.
