A RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF BALBALAN, DIMIAO, BOHOL FOR

CHANGE OF SIGNATORIES DESIGNATING HEIDE JUNE L. HALASAN and ROVELYN P. CAGALAWAN AS
OFFICIAL SIGNATORIES OF BARANGAY FUNDS MAINTAINED WITH THE LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES,
TAGBILARAN CITY BRANCH.

WHEREAS, under Memorandum Order No. 97 of the President of the Republic of the
Philippines, Internal Revenue Allotment Share of Individual Barangay are now directly credited to each
barangay current accounts maintained with the authorized government banks;

WHEREAS, the barangay funds of Barangay Balbalan, Dimiao, Bohol is maintained with the Land
Bank of the Philippines, Tagbilaran Branch, Tagbilaran City.

WHEREAS, that this resolution remains effective and subsisting and has not been amended,
revoked or superseded.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the members of the Sangguniang

Barangay of Balbalan, Dimiao, Bohol in session duly assembled to change bank account signatories
designating the Punong Barangay and Barangay Treasurer as official signatories to the Barangay Funds
maintained with the Land Bank of the Philippines, Tagbilaran Branch.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following are the authorized signatories to appear in all financial
transactions relative to the said bank account.
