Applications filed for condonation of delay of 30 days in

refiling the appeals, are allowed, in view of the averments made in the

applications, duly supported by affidavit and the delay in refiling is

condoned.

Applications for extension of time for payment of Court fee,

under Section 149 CPC, have been filed. It has been averred that there was

deficiency of Rs.100/- in affixing the Court fee and the same has been made

good and therefore, the delay of 14 days in affixing the Court fees is

condoned. Applications are, accordingly, allowed.

Applications for exemption from filing certified copies of award

dated 30.07.2015 and to place on record true copy of the same, is allowed, in

view of the averments made in the applications, duly supported by an

affidavit.

Notice of motion in the applications for condonation of delay of

715 days in filing the appeals and for stay, to the respondents. Liberty is

also granted to serve the respondents through the counsels appearing before

the Executing Court.

To be heard along with RFA-1-2018 on 09.03.2018.

Photocopy of this order be placed on the record of each

connected case.
